For a memorable dining experience August E's is the perfect destination. For four years August E's has delighted guests with their "Nouveau Texas Cuisine". The restaurant previously, located on Highway 290, six miles from the heart of Fredericksburg, August E's has relocated to their new central location, one block south of Main, between Lincoln and Llano streets at 203 East San Antonio Street.

Executive Chef Leu Savanh an his wife Dawn have brought a distinctive contemporary dining venue to Fredericksburg. You will feel it from the moment you step inside the restaurant designed by Andy Bray of Mustard Designs and Interior Designer Jackie Currie. The setting with its soothing color palette of green, gray, silver and ivory, create the perfect environment to showcase vibrant colorful abstract art, Asian influences and contemporary table settings.

Come indulge your palette and expect the unexpected with August E's signature steaks, Fresh Fish and Chef Leu's Asian Fusion creations or traditional sushi utilizing Premium Produce, Meats and Fish.
